Xinfeng Special Fiber Factory is a comprehensive enterprise
that conducts science research, production, trade and service. Depending
on the technique and knowledge of experts and professors from Shanghai
Synthetic Fiber Research Institution, Shanghai Textile Science Research
Institution and East-China University, our factory turn into the
first one developing and producing low melting-point bi-component
short fiber.
Our company specializes in the
production of various kinds of composite short fibers. In past several
years, we have developed antiseptic, aromatic, super-short, waterproof
and low melting point polyester composite fiber and put them into
industrial production. At present, our products include super-short
fiber , waterproof fiber , antiseptic fiber , color fiber , PE/PP,
PE/PET, PP/PET, COPET/PET concentric type,abreast type short fiber
and double-content concentric super-short fiber. These products
can be used in industrial no woven bag, sanitation nonwoven bag,
gel-free cotton, filtration material and dirty-free paper. Our products
have been well-received in China, some of them have been exported
to Thailand, Indonesia, Britain, Argentina and Columbia.
Jiaxing Xinfeng Special Fiber
Factory is located in the Xinfeng stage of Zhawang highway in Jiaxing
city, is next to Jiaxing east exit of Huhang expressway and Zhapu
port. We enjoy good location. At present, our factory has 300 employees,
8,000 sqm of floor area and 85 million Yuan of assets, including
50 million Yuan of fixed assets. Equipped with complete production
lines and advanced facilities, we can produce 25,000 tons of "Shuangshi"
composite fibers every year. Up to now, we can produce 200 million
Yuan of products every year, the tax is about 12 million Yuan. We
have become the key company of Jiaxing city, the "hi-tech company"
of Jiaxing city and "star company". As an ISO9002 certificated
company, we also have had import and export license.
